International Refunds and Returns

1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies only to purchases made by customers shipping to destinations outside Japan. Customers within Japan should refer to our domestic policy (link if available). By placing an order on www.ddi-parashell.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

• Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the item to initiate a return.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. It must include all tags, accessories, and documentation.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.

• Non-Returnable Items such as personalized, custom-made, or bespoke items.

3. Return Process
Step 1 – Initiation: Contact our customer service team at [online@ddi-parashell.com] within the eligible period. Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return and the reason for return.


Step 2 – Authorization & Instructions: If your return is eligible, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns shipped without an RMA number may not be accepted.


Step 3 – Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated international returns center (which may not be in Japan). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. DiCesare Designs is not liable for return packages lost in transit.


Step 4 – Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

4. Refunds

• Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

• Amount: You will be refunded the full product price (excluding original shipping costs). In the case of a partial return (e.g., from a multi-item order), only the price of the returned item(s) will be refunded.

• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), please contact us, and we will arrange and cover the cost of the return.

• Duties & Taxes: For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees paid by the customer upon delivery are generally non-refundable. We cannot refund these as they are fees levied by your local customs authority.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different one due to our error, please contact us with your RMA number. If you wish to exchange for a different product (e.g., different size or color), we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please provide photos or a video clearly showing the issue.
