Our goal at DiCesare Designs is to bring together art and engineering in order to create a uniquely elegant series of designs inspired by organic and geometric forms found in nature. This exclusive collection includes boldly eccentric designs such as the Pumpkin umbrella, Parashell Parasol, Sakura Parasol, Margarita Parasol, Cross Umbrella and Spiral Umbrella. Simply put, sculptural accessories inspired by nature.
Designer John DiCesare Biography
Designer John DiCesare graduated from fine arts university in Toronto, Canada. Devoting himself to his calling to be a sculptor, he also worked as a foundry technician and art gallery admin before turning his creative passion to umbrellas, parasols and accessories. He conceived a series of fantastical umbrella and parasol designs and founded the company DiCesare Designs in 2003. DiCesare’s inspiration continues in his desire to produce designs that are distinctive and innovative without parallel.
