The Kyoto Kabocha is a limited edition item made in collaboration with Kuriyama Kobo. A traditional Kimono fabric studio that created this special pattern in delicate linen. The hand-dyed fine linen canopy has a UV coating to protect from the sun’s harmful rays.

These are some recent photos from a shoot done by Pre Marie Japon in Kobe. The White Frill Parashell works so well as a “Wataboshi” which is a traditional Japanese wedding hat worn with a white wedding Kimono called a “Shiromuku”. I was happily surprised to see how well the Parashell goes with traditional Japanese wedding attire. Special thanks to Pre Marie Japon for arranging this shoot.
