Kyoto Pumpkin Parasol Meeting

The artisans are currently working on the canopy for this year’s special Kyoto Parasol collaboration item. The unique form of this item requires special attention when making the pattern for the linen fabric that will be used for the Pumpkin Parasol’s canopy.
DiCesare is constantly overwhelmed by the passion and committment to produce these very special items.

I don’t write about them much but I’d like to thank them now. The craftsmen we work with in Kyoto have been making DiCesare Designs umbrellas and parasols for almost 8 years now. Their techniques have been crucial in developing new items and producing a limited edition series of high quality umbrellas and parasols.
