[:en]I’ve been in Osaka selling this season’s collection at Hankyuu’s umbrella and parasol department. It’s been a great experience. Osaka customers are quite boisterous and friendly so I’m really enjoying the experience. Last but not least, the amazing food.[:ja]大阪の阪急百貨店の傘売り場で、今シーズンのコレクションを販売してきました。とてもいい経験です。大阪のお客さんはとても陽気でフレンドリーなので、とても楽しいです。最後に、素晴らしい食べ物。[:]

私は以前、美術鋳造所でブロンズ技師をしていたので、古いスライドやネガをスキャンした。当時取り組んでいたいくつかのプロジェクトの画像だ。いい思い出がたくさん蘇ってきた。特に、ブロンズの匂いは今でも鮮明に覚えている。忘れられない。[:ja]
I scanned some old slides and negatives I had since I used to be a bronze technician at an art foundry. Images of a few projects I was working on at the time. They brought back a lot of good memories. In particular, I can still remember the smell of bronze.[:]
[:en]Isetan Shinjuku just opened a new select shop on the 2nd floor called “Elegant Trad & Modern Feminine” We worked with Isetan and VERY to make the Black & White Rhythm Pumpkin Umbrella. UV coated and waterproofed for use in any season as an umbrella or parasol. Simple and bold in black & white.

[:en]For this collaboration we worked with Est Nation and Rita Takahashi. I just love these Pumpkin Parasols. The pattern of the fabric and the little frill around the edge are perfect for this form. They are only available at Est Nation and they won’t last long. [:en]I’m happy to announce that for the second time we’ve teamed up with Cocca to make collaboration items. This season we’ve made a limited edition series of Rhythm Umbrellas and Kabocha Parasols. This series of Pumpkin umbrellas comes with UV coating and waterproofing. With dual coating these models are great for any season.[:ja]この度、Coccaとの2度目のコラボレーションが実現しました。今シーズンは、リズム傘とかぼちゃ日傘の限定シリーズを作りました。かぼちゃ日傘はUV加工と防水加工が施されています。二重コーティングで季節を問わずお使いいただけます。[:]
[:en]This is my first time to have a show at Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi. It’s a beautiful store in terms of architectural ornamentation. There is also a beautiful giant sculpture “Statue of a Celestial Nymph” in the Central Hall. That alone is a good enough reason to come to this location in the heart of Tokyo.[:ja]日本橋三越でのショーは初めてだ。建築的な装飾が美しい店だ。中央ホールには美しい巨大彫刻「天女の像」もある。それだけでも、東京の中心にあるこの場所に来る十分な理由になる。[:]
