Nagoya has great Miso Katsu. I’ll definitely be having that again when I get a chance to go back. The customers in Nagoya that I met at JR Takashimaya were different than typical Tokyo customers. I’m not sure exactly how though.

I’ve been in Osaka selling this season’s collection at Hankyuu’s umbrella and parasol department. It’s been a great experience so far. Osaka customersare quite boisterous and friendly so I’m really enjoying the experience. Last but not least, the food. I love eating out in Osaka!

Somei Yoshino is a variety of Japanese Sakura tree that has nearly pure white blossoms that are tinged in a soft pink. This limited edition parasol was created in collaboration with the wonderful artist, Aya Kato. Aya Kato often works with fairytales and traditional motifs, turning them into bold, psychedelic,
